Direct monitoring is routing in the tascam and back out only, no software processing. Load those asio drivers and setup cubase with them.- thedreampolice

What audio card? Make sure you are using ASIO drivers. And enable live input in cubase. How well do you know cubase? Also I LOVE that mic in the video, Blue rocks!- thedreampolice
