FTP Programs...
I agree, you may try in filezilla right clicking on the actual file and making sure that is set to 777 as well. If that does not work call the hosting company. You can also try dropbox.com for items under 2gb- thedreampolice

Two things first few GC employees dont have a clue about anything, PERIOD! Seriously I can tell you stories... Second you have to get over this $200 thing I have paid more for a plugin!
