    Blue Screen of Death.....

Its all good, I just disagreed with this statement. "shit an infected excel sheet will bring down both o/s if shared and distributed" Point is the Blaster worm for example just needs windows to connect to the internet no user interaction required. For real I would even go so far as to say if...

    Blue Screen of Death.....

Give me a real world example of that being a problem. I helped run a network of over 400 macs with uptime of years and no viruss, you turn on a windows pc and hook up to the Internet you can get a virus. Also macros are a good thing and most mac users that I know of use iWork not ms office...

    Blue Screen of Death.....

Relic, you need to call me so I can explain this stuff. "Well it HAD been up to date until midnight apparently , then it hadnt been renewed so I got torpedoed." No there are new virus's out everyday and Norton needs to update everyday to know what new ones to look for. If you don't update all...

    Blue Screen of Death.....

If your antivirus is not updating everyday you are in trouble. Just put AVG free or one of the other recommended free antivirus tools instead of an out of date norton.

    Blue Screen of Death.....

AVG free is a good one, thats one of the reasons I use a mac i dont have to deal with that crap. But Norton should actually work but you have to update it everyday. Also all that warez you are using....

I doubt it is an HD usually they do not cause BSOD. More likely that it is a motherboard, ram or device issues.

"not necessarily. If you're running Win64, then starting with 8GB ain't a bad idea, but only "because you can"; you still don't NEED 8GB for anything. BTW, it's always upgradeable even if you use up all of your slots." There is still not good plugin support for Win64 I would stay away a bit...

    R.I.P Technics 1200, 1978-2009

I do not like the cheaper Staton stuff but if you compare the 1200's to the highend stanton decks IE 120's the Statons feel much more solid and actually can tempo lock easier and longer.

    R.I.P Technics 1200, 1978-2009

ha ha sorry, but I am telling you the Stanton 120's blow the 1200 away as one example. When I go back and try to use 1200's they feel cheap and slow. Check out this review "It would be a disservice to review a turntable and not briefly address the state of the industry and the fact that...
