    thats because M-audio (digi/Avid) does not own that domain name. Maudio for a long time was named "Midi Man" and when they got in to audio interfaces did not think the name fit any longer. maudio.com was at the time taken, so they bought m-audio.com

    Always put your best foot forward. If you can make an amazing album from start to finish, that will leave people wanting more. If the other songs suck, dump them and dont look back.

    I bet it sees the firewire port ok, I think almost all of the Maudio vista drivers are beta. You may have to sign up for the beta program at there site.
