First and foremost I make music to satisfy my self. Hopefully people enjoy what I do, but my income from music can testify that thats not my reason for doing it. You ever make the same beat twice?
sometimes I make 3 or 4 beats out of the one basic track. If im halfway through a track and do something I like that doesnt fit with the current track I will make a whole new track out of it using some of the original ingredients. How to sample
I cant sample a track without adding extra composition to make it my own. Whether its taking a sample and composing with that(ie long string sample) or using synths to compose with, its neither here nor there, the process is pretty much the same.
