    Ash's method is the easiest way to do what you ask. You dont have to draw the whole thing you can just add 4 points to the volume line, and then set the inner 2 to a lower volume, then just use the hand tool to move the points exactly where you want them.

    I recently purchased an M-Audio Audiophile 192, mainly for its compatability with pro tools. But im very impressed. It was a fairly cheap soundcard costing me around £80. And I can hear a clear difference compared to the old SB Live soundcard I was using before.
