Ooops am I screwed?
Yeah reformat the new drive and start again, copy all of c drive to the new drive, then swap drives over, you may have to adjust the bios settings at boot up, so it can recognise the new drive as the master drive. Then it should boot up fine, then you can do what you like with the c drive, and...- 2GooD Productions

The c drive is normally the master drive that windows is installed onto. It has bootstrap code and other complicated shit like that. It would have been best to partition the new drive into 2, then copy the c drive to the new c drive and the d drive to the new d drive. If you copied the stuff...- 2GooD Productions
