Well i onle asked because i was gonna purchach it, and i did. And i love i t . The thing does what it is suppose to do for a fairly reasonable price plus mine came with a free condencer mic (mxl 990). Musiciansfriend. A real plus to my lappy setup. -

What about Cubase?
i use cubase se for recording, no crashes. i use reason as my beatmaker but rewire it through cubase. i love it and have a friend who feels the same. -

interfaces:usb or pci?
man i've used both pci and fire wire, few more issues with f/w than pci but it had more to do with chipset than interface. are u in a standard (will not be moving) location, pci. Strapped for room or space, USB (i'd recomemd firewire). depends on what u need to be able to do, your setup... -
