Apparently this is coming out very soon, around mid-Spring:

It's a new software MPC for the iPad (not the iPhone), and not for Android yet.

They haven't announced the specs yet but they're saying that if you like chopping and time-stretching, that this will be "right up your alley". They also said that it will have "64 tracks of heavyweight music production".

Can't wait to see the specs on this thing!

Yea same for me, I never I thought I would do synth programming on a tablet but sure enough propellerheads puts out Thor on ios, I think the android vs ios phone race is pretty divided as you can make a strong case either way, and personally even though I'm a hard core apple guy I think android is going to be the dominate platform of the future. That being said the ipad is still the tablet ruler, android still is lacking the amazing tablet apps ios has so it will dominate for a while yet. Pretty cool time to be alive I must say. :)

Man, i know how you feel. But there are so many great ios apps its crazy check out Cubasis for example WTF its amazing what just a tablet can do these days, I would kill for this type of stuff back in the day



and Moog's amazing Animoog



Waldorfs synth



and of course I have to plug propellerheads Thor synth on ipad



Even Figure on ios is very powerful



Not to mention Imaschine

We live in pretty amazing times!
