Did Nas Shell out 2 Million?

I've come across a couple boards where its posted Nas gave the Neptunes 2 million for a track.

2 million for a beat is plain crazy. IMO, Neptunes aren't that great, I mean they have they're own style which is cool, but nah and I can't picture Nas spitting over a Neptune beat.

Nas apparently hates Pharrel because of his fling with Kelis. this is total BS. Nas sticks to Salaam Remi, LES and a couple other guys. i cant see him ever paying for a beat from the neptunes.
