It is good. Personally i would use another bass, but it is just my taste. Did you record the guitar or it is sampled ?

and did not expected that change to another type of sound at 2:27 , it sound very good alone ,but in composition with "older" sound , it does not fit to my ear as one piece

I agree with @crx.beatz x The bass could be better but i like the overall vibe this beat gives. I like the touch of delay on the end of the beat and slower tempo. You show some good skills in this beat man..

Overall very interesting, with many variables. I like that. The bass could be reworked in my opinion.
Reminds me, in places with the synths on "Stranger Things" and "Sonic"
