Not sure how good it truly is. I would like to see a collection of books that cover that ground.

That was pretty easy to find in pdf
I bet it'll be adversely hard to find in hardcover

I just perfer hardcover

If you get this remember this was published in 1991
so SOME info is a bit dated, but still relevant.

I would read a book from the 1900's if it opened up my perspective on programing. I know the technology isn't there, but the concept of building the drum tracks would still be.
