Can you give me a link to the speakers?
From what I can find on google I would say no. They are hifi speakers and you usually don't want to use hifi speakers as monitors because they are not accurate. Your Monitors are THE most important thing in your studio. If you can't accurately hear what is going on you wont be able to fix the problems. Spend the most money you can on good monitors.

Well I have never heard them and I hate to judge speakers from just specs, but man I would say absolutely not!

I would say save up until you can afford something that will do you some good.
