im startin to see more n more vids on youtube this way... is this really a copyright infringment loophole?? if it is, its pretty clever... cant believe its that simple.

Specifically, I think its more of a loophole in the software that recognizes the copyrighted material. Interesting concept, just reversing the media. I wonder how that'd hold up in court, technically its not the copyrighted material. Maybe if you made some slight alterations like a thin filter so it can be called a different work.

I know alot of random songs posted have the pitch shifted just a bit so that it doesnt come up as infringement. Weird really
