If you got dough, you can buy a vinyl cutter and then buy blank records to record on. They are very expensive though, danish price is approx. $ 13.000, US price is probably 70% of that.
Otherwise, check companies that manufacture CD's, they usually also manufacture records. Making a couple only will cost you a lot though. I have heard of some stores though who have a vinyl cutter and who will record a few copies for you for some cash.
Check this link for vinyl and cd manufacturing...prices should be there too. Just be aware that everything isn't always incl. in the price, get an exact quote if you choose any of them.
