BTW - dope videos, thanks for posting those. I remember buying that 12" single at Grammaphone in Chicago, it was the first single from the Mecca and the Soul Brother LP, it dropped about a month before that album came out. That record is insane, I still carry it in my crates to this day...

I tell yall what...that song still gives me chills when I hear it. This song personifies my love for hip-hop.

The track was put together so perfectly that you couldn't improve any aspect of it...

I remember when NBA Street came out and it was the instrumental that played in the beginning of the game...and I would just listen to it before I even played the game....

Good to see appreciation of the song, definitely true hip-hop.
