so i'm from toronto. i'm heading down to NY for 3 days this weekend. chill out before school kicks in. i was wondering where i could pick up krk rp5's for cheap. i don't know of any american music stores except guitar center. all i know is in toronto, we charge 175+ and tax on top for one monitor. and that's a deal..

also. i was checking up on soundcards/interfaces to hook them up to my computer.. i'm on a budget, (student budget), so was wondering if you guys recommend any budget interfaces (like how the rp5's are great low budget monitors). dreampopo suggested lexicon omega or cakewalk something. any other recommendations? and drop your contacts at the guitar center (or other various music stores in NY). ill make you look good. LOL.
