Help - decision on soundcard

I need to decide between one of these soundcards. Price is no issue.

Here is the Edirol UA-25:

M-Audio has always been the choice of must cats that i know, it was recommened to me when i shoppin for one. i got the audiophile usb. and have no complaints. don't really know about that edirol. so my biased opinoin is to roll with the m-audio. Peace.
