a want to get my music out there i live in scotland doing hiphop but i want to get my music sent to america so they can here out my music im not a rookie of making music i am a rookie of getting out there im not a freestyler or a rapper i just produce the music,so if you could help that would be great!

This is a good topic for DOX to address...I think the main thing here in the US is the internet. Showcasing your work in certain spots on the internet can be very beneficial.

Yup, Dac is right. Start with Blog sites and Net Radio, and look for people that are involved with promotion. There are no more borders, you gotta have a lil fanbase and then use their support to leverage/bargain/barter for opportunities (Try for 20 consistent diehard talkative loud supporters). Easier said than done though
