Hitting the West Coast next week...

I'm going out to the West Coast next week, I'll be in SF/Napa/Portland/Seattle.
If anyone has any recommendations of things I should do/see/eat while I'm out there, let me know. If anyone wants to catch up for a beer, PM me I should have some free time here and there...
