How to Sample a Beat, What To Look out For, and Chopping Up a Sample in Slicex

Hey everyone,

Here's a recent tutorial I released on "How to Sample a Beat".

When starting up sampling, there's a lot of information that can cause that "too much information at once" kind of feeling. So hopefully this video breaks it down.

After the first part of going over what to look out for while sampling (copyright issues, and different techniques of how to actually sample), we get into actually chopping up a song.

In this tutorial, I use Slicex, which comes packaged with FL Studio.

Thanks Fade! - I got an awesome deal on a camcorder, so it's been making creating videos a lot more fun, where I talk in the beginning!

I was using a DSLR camera previously.. but didn't have auto focus lol, so never knew 100% if the video was in focus - no longer an issue with the camcorder, which is a relief. Now I can just focus on the video, and to the point
