so i guess this would be more of an intermediate to advanced question or im just not using the proper slicing vst (which has been FL Slicer and Slicex).
in so many words i would like each pad i press to play the clip through however cancel the clip playing when the next pad is triggered then play its triggered clip. Essentially never having any samples layering each other but play all the way through if for example i just hit the one pad.
to try and clarify i have so far found that i can program the pad to stay on for as long as i hold the pad down. I also found that i can set a pad to stay on for as long as i press it a second time. but i would like the pad it stop previous sample and play the sample its triggered to.
I have have a feeling it may be a software setting but im not sure where the button is lol.
