Anything u need to know about it holla at me.....Got a X8 in the studio....and the crew is pretty efficent with it

Actually my cousin uses the X8...i'm more of a MP and Motif person.We all here know how to work the thing though..check him out..hes not really doing that west coast shyt i think ur lookin for but.......

I feel you your right i use my XR as a tool but i do alot of crazy shit with it... as far as filtering... Ill run the motif sounds threw the fantom and use the filters to create some dope ambient sounds... Ill also resample drum kits and chop them up and add effects in the fantom...

Either way you made a good choice...

the sounds are the same.. but the rack has more expasnion and filter possibilitites.... This is becasue the rack dosent have to worrry bout a sequncer and other ish the work station has....
