MBOX ProTools help needed.

Im trying to use a MBOX 1 on my WinXp system. I have installed Pro Tools 6.7 that i got from when i got the 002. the 002 is now on my G4 and im trying to use the MBOX and im getting this error.(see pic below) can anyone help because digidesign website is horrible. Are there drivers for the mbox i need, whats the deal. i have it plugged into a main usb port.

Try going to http://www.digidesign.com/download/mbox/
and downloading an updated driver for ur MBox to ensure its compatibility with XP.

also, if that isnt the problem You have to have Windows Service PAck 2 for XP.
