The drums knock and dope sample. Not sure about those shorter vocal chops... they seem slightly offbeat IMO. I'd just keep the longer ones.

Great beat, my least favorite thing was just the snare, I think it would sound a little better with a different choice. And like @DJ Excellence said the short vocals seem off but other than that everything is fine

Nice drums, I like the "gritty" sound of them. The kick has a nice sub frequency to it. They could use some extra layers or variation (cymbal?) to give them even more character. Sample is dope but I feel like the chops are a little too "random". They're not flowing along with the drums. (What do you program first, the drums or the sample?)
I think the change from mono to stereo is not really adding something to the beat. Some FX would make things more exiting, as the beat is kind of lacking in variation/depth...

I think the snare is a little soft, and the chops could be a lot smoother. Not liking the vocal chops, seem shoehorned into the beat if that makes sense, sort of thrown in to fill space or at least thats how it feels to me as a listener.
