microkorg alternatives

just checking before i get the microkorg if anyone knows of any battery powered 'mini' keyboard type alternatives. The alesis mini ion thing looks the goods but unfortunately doesn't take batteries.

i'm gonna be using this with a sp-404 an archos studio 20 gb mp3 player (for samples) as a portable type setup.

i think the micro works awesome, i have one and it syncs perfectly with reason 3.0. it will automatically set all your settings for all your instruments, its great. only cost me $200, cant go wrong with that

my bad, i was thinking of the korg microKONTROL. either way i would go with the microkontrol over the the microkorg.
