MobilePre (external soundcard) problems

Aiight, I got this mobile pre audio soundcard/interface right...

it's works fine, but when I plug my turntable into it the recording is really low, I can barely hear it.

Plus, the volume controls are diffent, there's shit missing. there's no Line in controls

well what pre is it ,who made it, and is ur turn table on a mixer. do you have latest drivers for your pre?
