MPC Assigning.

I know this is a real trivial question. But my Mpc did not come with an manual and i'm sorry if this question disturbes anyone. But i have pre-chopped a sample on my PC and have but it on to a disket for futher chopping in the MPC. Now when i get the man sample in i go to the trim and i do all the zone stuff and edit and make so it's chopped but when i get to this part i was told not to make a new program. And assing the chops to the pads I WANT. and i was wondering how do i do this.?

Help would be appreciated.

Which mpc u using? The mpc2000 or xl? You can download either manual below.

You should try Program Maker. You can assign all you samples on your desktop then import the PGM. File into your MPC. Mad easy. Just Google MPC Progam Maker and you should be able to find it. Also try the Akai Pro web site and you can find the manual there.
