MPC to SYNC w/ COOL EDIT PRO 2.0 ( HELP )

I am trying to sync my MPC with Cool Edit Pro 2.0. I know I Just take the out form the mpc to the IN on my sound device, BUT I have 2 Sound Modules Hooked up also. Im lost on MIDI TRAVEL from the ins and outs to make this work. Can someone PLEASE help me figure this out?? This is what I have now

My setup:

MPC MIDI A OUT to Prorteus MIDI IN A
MPC MIDI B OUT to Korg TR-RACK MIDI IN B
MPC IN #1 to MiDi Kybd
MPC IN #2 open....

My sound device has a MIDI IN/OUT and travels USB to my Computer..

PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!

hmmm..i could be wrong but i dont believe cool edit has midi capabilities..but i could be wrong wso dont take my word on it.
