Paperwork when selling beats

After you copywrite a beat what do you give to the person when they send you the cash?

is it different then when you sell people beats offline in public?

you must turn in the masters if thats part of the deal.. and yes its much if you dealing with people who know there buisneww such as majors or expeienced indy's.

you dont need 2 have the beat copywrited 2 sell it by the way ive done that a couple of times.. jus did it after it was sold..
