My biggest inspiration was Hi-Tek. I wanted to be a film/tv composer. I was in college for that when I picked up my first blackstar cd on a whim. I thought hip-hop was cool before that, but once I found out it could be musical it was a wrap. Shortly after discovered J-Dilla, The Roots, The Alchemist.
