Don't have one, wish I had, but unless someone who has can detail this for you I would guess that they aren't much different from a normal CV.
Incl. a page with your bio and info and another page with perhaps what technical training/musical education you have, if you have a studio, what the studio has and last but not least a list over who and what you have produced in what year and month (and depending on the hit status, what number it made on which chart)...
