i was born with a hearing lost. i have trouble hearing high pitched sounds and that shit gives me a little bit of a lisp. i dunno how much this will effect my working in the recording industry. it actually has me kind of nervous because now im not sure now what type of school i want to go to when i get my associates degree. i want to go to a recording school but with wack hearing how far can i really get.

its gunna ask u to set the volume so that the test tone is barely audible before you begin the test. i wasnt able to hear the last 3 frequencies

i could hear them all, but the last one was more like a thin buzz than a sound.

yup, i could hear them all, withouth problem, damn, really if you could'nt here the las 3, i don't know how your going to do, forget about engineering, just make beats, and some engineer will correct the mixtape.

yeah thats whut i was thinkin, i talked to a few people,they said they make hearing aids that amplify certain frequencies pretty well. they even have digital hearing aids. and i do live in the best city in the world for medicine and hospital type shit,so well see what hjappens,ill let u know

No problem hearing all the tones... and very clearly actually... I'm not sure a hearing aid would really be a good idea. I'm no specialist, but if the sound is processed (tru the hearing aid), you'll have a loss in quality... no?

i have no clue man. im gunna begin the process this week (applying for free care at mass eye and ear) ill let you know when i find out. but im gunna do whatever i can to make this happen im not just gunna forget about sumthin that i want to do for the rest of my life

In no way is that a real hearing test ! isnt it a joke ? lol. I've done afew REAL hearing test, they go for 20 mins, and trust me its alot harder !
