Fine as an informational video, but as far as mixing can lend itself to overthinking. Fine if you're already advanced, not good if you're still learning.
The only real negative I will alert as a warning is those "cheat sheets" --- AVOID THEM LIKE THE FUCKING PLAGUE!!!
Those sheets that say "presence is here, muddiness is here" --- AVOID
Those sheets lead to people just cutting and boosting indiscriminately because they think "these freq good, those freq bad", and tend to just apply those to each sound in their mix, and a host of other issues.
