well, i just want to add that i think that the creativity behind the artwork for the cover has done its job pretty good... It sure seems to be getting some talk going amongst people... hmmmm i dont know who is interested and talking about it and spreading it on, but you know what... i think that is what was supposed to happen... you should look at some of the covers of some other types of music out there... just because something gets a little crazy and twisted doesnt mean that it has to be all satanic people behind it... sometimes you will have your most religious artist out there come out with something like that and there is a rhyme to their reason... i know i have done albums in the past where the covers have freaked the shit out of some people, but when they get down to the material and see what is actually going down, there whole view changes...

i dont see no upside down crucifix. What u got on the cover has something to do with the Old Testament and the Jewish believes. They used to sacrifice rams by killing them, so there u have the connection - the ram head (the sacrficed animal) and the title - the art of dying. The ram's head is on top of Necro, so he is the one being symbolically sacrificed. Then u got the Jewish writings which tell u this whole shit has something to do with Jews, Old Testament and old Jewish believes. I mean no matter how u look at it, it is freaky and hardly marketable. But anyways ...

i like it man. its mad original and just some straight up crazy shit. really, who would think of that. better to be some crazy image that might bug you out than to have an uncreative album cover. think of it as a work of art -- you can interpret that in all sorts of ways. the fact that it may be controversial and potentially offensive will also make it stick in people's minds, which is huge.

I do get a weird vibe as well when looking at the cover, sure you can say big deal it's just a fucking cover, but don't desensitize yourself to the things you experience or see in this crazy world. Your six senses don't steer you wrong.
