I like the vocals a lot. This 247 has a great voice and good flow. 808 is good in this track, however I think you could have come up with something more interesting when it comes to arrangement of the vocal snippets you used in your beat and the melody line you made out of them. But I think you kept it simple in order to create more space for the rapper. But overall impression is nice. I like it.

you hit the nail on the head...he just wanted the easy flow..you know me, i always throw a lot of interesting things in my music...but sometimes you have to scale it back a bit..because every rapper is different...thanks for the feedback...there is another minute to this track...but i just wanted to put enough out there so you guys can get kind of an idea of what the mixtape will be like...because i respect you guy's opinions..so if something is really bad you guys will definitely let me know...lol

So, i started out making beats on my phone about a year ago. I recently started getting really serious about producing, and getting better at my skill. I have made 3 beats so far that i have posted. (there's 4, but that one was made on my phone) This one, has to be my favorite one I have made so far. I know i have a lot more to learn, and would love for any feedback.
I look forward to listening to your beats as well.

this beat is called lost, i was inspired by the vibe "stan" gave off and put it in my own feelings. Enjoy :)

Melody is dope. I really like the feel of the beat, i could picture myself rapping on that beat. I like what you did with 808s. It gives off a good vibe. Keep em' coming bro.

Thank you for kind words. :)

As far as your beat is concerned, all I can say is that the mix in it is incredibly good. :D Really. Very soft, calm beat with sad atmosphere. The sound of the guitar and piano reminds a little bit about Akira Yamaoka and the OST from Silent Hill. You mentioned that you made it on the phone. What app did you use to make it? I'm asking because I started making beats on Music Maker Jam and it was the first "software" (I think it is too big word to describe this application) I used.

Thanks man, means a lot. I didn’t make this one on my phone. The first one I posted on my YouTube was made on my phone :p (sorry for the mix up) aha. But I used fl studio mobile. Then I upgraded to a daw. Fl studio producer edition. I’m really liking it.

As for what you said about the mix. That’s what I was worried most about, and you made me feel good about it haha. Thanks again.

@csbr I like the smooth sound. But i think the drums are a bit too loud. Its just my opinion.Besides that..i like your mix and appreciate your creative drums.

@Alejandro @Memento Beats He said everything.Velocity and groove.Stay hungry to become better.Thats most important.
@Memento Beats I like your pitched bass and the piano sounds great. It gives a good atmosphere.
Overall a dope beat!

I tried to improve my mixing skills.I hope i have made a step forward

This remids me as instrumental of some kind of horror video game. Something like that. I like that scary/spooky melody

@DEEZ BEATZ - Just listened now, first of all gotta say I love the vocal sample you use throughout, it links hard and makes the beat unique in my opinion.
The snares and hats sit nicely in the mix too not too overbearing so the rappers got a lot of space.
Perhaps a little piano chords around the hook part? That'd sound sexy man..some nice chords to really bring it out. Could also consider spreading the snare to give it that depth. but these are minor tings. Other than that, swaheeet tune and looking forward to the release.

@Memento Beats - Love this trap man..sounds clean and the piano is nice (I'm always a lover for the authentic instruments!) love what you did with the bass by pitching it higher every now and then. Keeps things flowing all smooth and shizz. Nice beat bro.

@producervibes - Lovvvee this beat bro. The melody is nice and jumpy and you got me throwing some bars down not gonna lie haha..the subass comes through deliciously. And nice piano notes in the back. I'd agree with @Memento Beats about the clap though. Maybe could EQ it so it comes through a bit sharper? But good job man.

@Marquise Bryant -

CONFUSION- Nice melody man, dark and deep and the beat matches the feels. I don't feel much bass coming through in the chorus though..be nice to have some waving through. Maybe could expand on this during the chorus section?
at about 02:23 - Sweet section man. Nice piano riffs and the pad goes nicely behind it. (What VST you use for that btw?)
As regards to the mix, maybe consider tunning that piano right downnn let the pads and beat come through. The higher melodies are fine as they are. I'm just on about the chords. Nice tune tho bro, keep it up.

NIGHTMARE - This beat is on point :up2: yanno it's on point when you catch me using emoji's. Very clear mix and the 808's nice man. SIdechained not too much but not too little - Sounds hard.
On a side side note - I know there's no vocals to this yet, but could consider turning down the leads ever so slightly again. Only reason I say this is cause if you ain't doing track out then rappers would have a hard time getting their voice through as it'd come through a similar frequency. But as I said, this is a side note and I ain't no expert. Nice beat tho broski and again, keep them coming.
