i think it depends on how the tag was recorded on the track...because if it was in Mono...then i dont think they can steal it...but if its in stereo...they can or the other way around....not sure.. -

I think you might want to Listen to this Producer Based out of Los Angeles by the Name of J-Louis. He produced an Entire EP titled "BALANCED"....using nothing but his IPHONE and an APP called "NANOSTUDIO" which has been out for a while now.
