    Hey this stuff is great, I am still learning and trying to get in shape. I used math and science inspired by the book 4 hour body to change my diet, and lost 90lbs in about 6 months. But I am really struggling with the getting good muscle tone stuff. Its really hard to get in the habit! Any tips?

    You can open Rex files in many different devices in Reason, if you want to do creative things to the slices you can use NNXT, or Kong for example. But for general loop abuse Dr Octorex is the way to go.

    yea thats why its not working, you need to slice the loop in recycle based on transients not bars. Basically a rex file will trigger at every slice point in time with the tempo in reason. So if you have one slice your loop will pretty much always be out of time. Rechop it correctly in recycle...

    No they are not better quality at all. Vinyl is substantially higher quality than MP3 as are CD's Mp3 is basically the lowest quality format available.
