What about Cubase?
i prefer makin my beats in cubase and i do both sample and compose. to me it's straight forward and i don't have to search all over the place to find things like the time stretch tool. -
how to eq a MIDI channel in cubase?
i use guru and set each instrument on its own track, then i use guru's sends to a fx track for compression, eq, reverb, etc. the midi channel itself doesn't get tweaked or get any mfx and is only edited as far as drop outs and such. -
I Need Bass Please Help
i use trilogy, but i also like the taupro. if you want some free ones check out what those techno and drum 'n' bass dudes use becuase they're more apt to find different freeware and shareware than most of us hip hop heads and thay love subs like us.
