    Well the props community is pretty rough on a good day. But to me the market speaks for itself. If it was a bad decision then no one will buy it. But I have the feeling it will sell really well. And getting everything back in to Reason is the right thing to do.

    If you have Reason and Record already the upgrade price is $99 US I mean seriously, lets forget that we now have true multitrack audio recording with an amazing SSL mixer in REASON Alligator, blows my mind as does Pulveriser. Seriously, this is a fantastic update!

    yea man, Maschine has already won this next round. They are to little to late. MAYBE Spark will get the electronic guys, but for hip-hop Maschine will be the king for at least the next few years.

    i dont know, if its a feature/workflow breakdown then skill is less important. As far as battery goes, I own it, but man I just dont use it enough. Can you even chop samples in battery?

    No, you are correct. Maschine is VERY clean. Where the 2k adds something in the upper mids. In reason I layer the drums, add an M class compressor, then a scream on the tape setting and that will get them there.
