    Formant024 you clearly don't know how Reason handles CV with its internal instruments. and BTW I own volta and it is very cool. But no FL CANT handle CV from one plugin instrument to another.

    If it sounds dull you are removing the highs. The sample sounds hollow because you have not put another bass line in the song yet. Once those lows are filled in again the sample wont sound hollow. Give it a try.
