if you have reason you already can make your own sounds. just mess around with subtractor or maelstrom. there are lots of stock sounds in reason that are really quite good. you can make the not so good ones better by using reverb, delay, distortion etc- 2GooD Productions

im sure its just a matter of pitch shifting normal vocals. some software allows you to pitch shift without affecting the timing ie time stretchiing- 2GooD Productions
