Stupid Question....
This is a stupid question but I cant seem to find out how to do it! How do I highlight different bits an audio track? Like for changing the volume on a specific part, or cutting it out? -

Output, through two soundcards?
Hey, Is there a way for me to have all sound coming from Sonar 6 coming through box my M-Audio box headphones, and my speakers plugged into my internet soundcard at the same time? Or how do I quickly change between the two? Thanks, Andi -

Vocal recording in Cubase
Have I missed something? What I did was loaded up an audio track, and for the IN, I selected the only selectable option (which referred to my M-Audio box, but not in its proper name) and nothing comes out. I can get sound to come out in Ableton, but I think it sucks, I loaded it up today and... -

Reason - How the hell do you do it??
When I load up music programs, or programs in general really, I can normally work out how to use them.... Reason I have no idea what I'm doing at any time! I can pretty much load up a .REX, and play the sample (with pauses between each sample, might I add :P ) and have no idea how to do... -

Quick question
Damn I'm asking too many stupid questions on here. Anyway, after I get everything set up for the basics, I am planning on getting a turntable for sample digging (I'm pretty damn good at sampling in SF!) There is a shitload of old vinyl in the loft of my house, and I reckon I could talk... -

This HAS to be possible on SF....
Okay, I played with Audacity for ages until it started fucking with my PC. In Audacity (and Cool Edit) you could have a beat.... then say an accapella underneath and play them simultaneously..... this isnt obvious in Soundforge. How do I do it? Thanks! Much appreciation to those who reply. -

Noob question - mixers
So I hear people talking about DJ Mixers and Producer Mixers. Am I right in thinking that this: is a Producer mixer. And this: Is a DJ Mixer? Would a Producer mixer be of any use to a software producer? (with midi controllers, mic etc...) Damn I feel stupid haha. -
