At the How To Take Back America Conference last weekend, conservative speaker Kitty Werthmann led a workshop called “How to recognize living under Nazis & Communists.” Announcing the panel in a column preceding the conference, talk show host Janet Porter gushed how Werthmann’s description of Austria in the 1930s is a “mirror to America” today — noting “They had Joseph Goebbels; we have Mark Lloyd, the diversity czar.” The room was packed over capacity to hear Werthmann, who grew up as a Christian in Austria and serves as Phyllis Schafly’s Eagle Forum South Dakota President.
During her session, Werthmann went through a litany of examples of how President Obama is like Adolf Hitler. She noted that Hitler, who acted “like an American politician,” was “elected in a 100% Christian nation.” Although she failed to once mention Antisemitism or militarism, Werthmann explained how universal healthcare, an Equal Rights Amendment, and increased taxes were telltale signs of Nazism. Werthmann also warned the audience:

I really do not understand America. I really do not. I don't know if this is the result of group mentality on a massive scale, or if it is because of the evangelical portion of america, or what, but seriously.
I admit that I see Obama as a wolf in sheeps clothing, if you look at his political maneuvers and the dichotomy between the platform Obama and the president Obama, but wtf... There are other things the American public should be rioting about, other things Obama has done since getting in office. Other things that seemingly nobody knows about. Other things...

It's because people lose all rationality when it comes to politics. In America at least it almost seems like politics is a religion. What would be normally smart people just completely lose it when the whole "left, right, republican, democrat" debate gets brought up.
Obama is a politician just like the rest of them and there are major things that people should be rioting about, in fact they should have been rioting decades ago. I don't go along with either "side" I feel like we are getting Tag Teamed, the Republicans get in office and the Dem's bitch about everything they do, the Dem's get into office and the Republicans bitch about everything they do.
The one thing you never see either "side" do though is repeal the laws that the other side passed that they were against. It's like the game of Good cop bad cop and they switch roles.
Obama is owned by the corporations like all the other politicians in Washington, we have no say in our politics and we will continue to have no say in politics as long as Special interest is king. Lots of people are caught up and argue and fight back and forth over what the politicians "offer" us to choose from.
Instead very few people, although the number is growing, are starting to realize that the only legislation that ever gets passed is what the Special Interest wants, and the legislation usually comes with tax increases or more regulation that makes it harder for people to start their own businesses and makes it harder to earn a living.

And I could go on and on. The fact is cities are in ruins because the constituents keep voting in corrupt politicians that don't do anything to help the city. The only BS is spewing inane comments about how "deregulation kills people" and "high taxes are good".
The last time I checked the more money I have in my pocket the better off I am. Also the welfare of the rich gets under my skin too, but neither party has solved that, they just keep giving more money to their Special Interest buddies.
The only way to stop corporate welfare is to get rid of the progressive tax system that we have that allows to the government to give tax subsidies to their buddies.

I don't have links for these so you'll have to take my word (I am not bullshitting though, I have no vested interest in smearing obama's reputation).
He's passed a bill that would allow him to completely shut down the internet in america (COMPLETELY) in case of a "cyber terrorist attack"... This is the posturing of a dictator.
His administration used the same arguments as the bush administration in favour of PATRIOT.
There are more, I don't have time to look them all up now but if you look at what he's been doing while he's in office it's difficult not to be worried.
