All of the beats are good as usual. I'd say Flying Guitar is my favorite. The Fl Trap beat is giving me more of an Atlanta Trap/Dub step vid, I wasn't excepting that; Nice Phrygian melodies. Oh man, I haven't been here for a while. I guess is time to get back into the saddle. Here's a beat I've made recently. It's not the most hip hop sounding beat but, it's what I got right now and so feedback on it would be great.

Your beat is cool. The kick seems like it has to much reverb and lacks low end though. Keep banging

@Khaly Beatz : Pretty dope freestyle beat. Very simple but also very easy to rap over. I wasn't a fan of the 808, it felt a bit too wobbly but that's just preference, it does suit this dark style I guess. Throwing in some percussion would give this beat more spice and maybe another background melody. Those chants were a nice touch, and the mix was great.

@crosstevsky : Interesting beat! I really dig the melodies and that drop was real smooth. The arrangement was good with the verse part building up like that but it took a slight turn at 1:18, the transition just seemed off to me, or it could be the guitar melody throwing it off not sure. Also, the offbeat perc sounds that hit the left and right side got annoying once I started noticing it more as it messes with the timing of the beat. Mix is superb, u got that kick and bass hitting nice. Keep it up, you def got potential for trap beats!

@Digitali Musix : That initial guitar melody was the vibes! Even the 2nd guitar melody was sick but damn, the tempo really got messed up lol. Not sure what happened at :24 but the tempo slows down drastically, I doubt you did this on purpose.. Anyways besides that, the kick doesn't sound good at all no offense. It needs more bass in it, and also the hi hats and snare don't sound crisp. You got the idea down but you need to work on your mixing, it's always good to compare to other professional beat makers or just other high-quality beats. Cool change up tho at like 1:50, did not expect that, the arrangement is nice overall. I see this is your first youtube video, so you're prob fairly new at producing, keep at it bud!

Here's my latest beat that I just posted last night. I'm experimenting more with beat switch-ups, so lmk your thoughts on it or any feedback you may have about the beat in general. Cheers!

Thanks for your feedback, that was thorough...Nice instrumentation on this, that piano is very nice..I like those small details in the drums, little sounds but it catches your ear somehow...That synth line that you bring around 2:15 can be switched up with something more organic. That is a nice switch, but I think you can bring the first part again. Bass and kick seem to overpower the track...a little bit.

@2GooD Productions On "2nd Best"- I always listen closely for drum arrangement, and I feel that on this you can bring some fresh energy with variation in the drums at some point (like bringing in another element...loop or something) All the melodies and countermelodies here are composed good. The first melody can be dropped for a couple of bars or since is that repetitive...maybe switch it up with something not so harsh sounding element and push it in the back leaving space for the other melody or a rapper.
@Matt-D This remix is perfect, everything is well balanced in the mix...That piano is excellent, but maybe you can drop it for a couple of bars.
@Un4zn I can hear this in an action movie scene or something, it has soundtrack quality to it. That initial synth becomes a lil bit monotonous after a while, you can drop it couple bars, octave down or come up with something different. Mix sounds kind of flat to me, like you over compressed the master, you can bring down the hihat a notch. Your reverb use is good, although i think you can leave some elements drier, like your drums for example. Overall, nice experiment.
@Marc Duncan I don't what your goal is with this, but I must be honest and say I don't feel it at all. If it is just for fun, that's ok. What you can do with it is after the beat drops, go in a different direction with it, drop the habanera shit, or use smaller segments.
@Edgar Smooth beat, I really like it. Drums are on point, that snare/clap is warm. The bassline is nice, I think you can develop it more, I think you have space for something like that. I know is tough with this kind of beats, but you must have some kind of a switch up or middle section if you will...It gets a little repetitive after a while
@stcbeats That piano chops are dope. That clap can be brought down, i blink every time :) This has that weird, psychedelic quality that I really dig.
@Kod4R Nice classic sound on both of these, Nice jazz chops on Chill Mood. Hard is well...hard. I like it.
@jihun9554 This is interesting, it has variety of styles in it. Mixing can be improved on all of your tracks.
@skidflow Nice sounds on your beat, kind of a minimalistic approach i guess...Very relaxing. That string sound though..that can be scrapped...it doesn't fit...and 11minutes? :)
@Fantom 91 This can be in a movie scene that takes place somewhere in the middle east Turkey for example :) I like that vocal sample. Drums are very good.
@Khaly Beatz That 808 kicks ass! The rest of the drums can be more upfront.

I tried to stay away from "the trap sound" since there are so many good producers that produce trap, but I've decided i will give it a try...What do you think?
I fucks wit this bro stands out but seems easy to rap too mean that in a good way haha but props bro

Both of your beats are dope, the first one get my attention a bit more with that retro sound, reminds me of Bambaataa.

@Yogi Beatz Everything about this beat is clean. The 808, percussion and transition is perfect. I got nothing bad to say about it. Great work!

here is something i experimented this week

I mess with the vocal loop in this beat heavily, the percussion is banging too, but I think you should make the distortion on your kicks a bit lower frequency and get a high output in your overdrive. As for your vocal loop idk if you intended to have it be drowned out by the bass but if you didn't, I'd up the treble so slightly and put the mid at a higher frequency range for it specifically. These are just minor points I'm saying but overall, this beat is heat.
[Edit]
I didn't know I was review an old beat, I thought page 1 was the most recent :clown::clown:

Hey guys, I REALLY appreciate your feedback on my previous beat. Let me know what you think of my beat transitions on this one..

This beat goes hard chief, I mess with the 1st part, but you need to raise the Hi-hats frequency up a bit so they can be sharper, don't mess with the treble of it tho. You know what you're doing w/ yo bass from what I can hear, just wanted to compliment that but with your transition you could've had the bass playing at a higher frequency with a lower velocity until it goes to the part two where it goes back low-end, but that's some shit I would've done, what you did was I still messed with. You could've experimented with that 2nd part and did NO snare on it and just have the percussion play in the background with the kicks and have the snare pop back at the end. Overall summary: this heat :fire:

@NalaT.S.K Thanks for the feedback man I don't know why the hi hats sound like that. It's only when I edit the MP3 file on album art it distorts the hihats badly. It happens especially when I post my beats on Youtube / Instagram. I'm assuming you listened to the beat on YouTube. If you lusten to on Soundcloud you will hear thar there isn't any "treble" on the hi hats. Otherwise, thanks for the tips, I will keep it in mind for my next cook up.

Man, your beat surprise me, It's not a dubstep, it's not a tradicional boombap, it's not trap, it's a unic style, the word Experimental fits perfectly. I hope ear more stuff of you bro.

I did a Boombap beat, a basic rotine prodution. Hope you enjoy!

@Primz These are my weaker songs, but my bro is still gonna kill me for uploading them. he says these are treasures. btw I kept the fight club thing for a batlle, you'll probably hear it soon. thanks for your interest. :)
