Question for you hardware guys...
Got access to a Korg D3200 (word up, yo). I would like to see if there is a way to use this with PT 8LE at the same time and even replace the MBOX altogether (since the D3200 has it's own preamp). If so...is there a way to use the D3200 as the control surface for PT8? If regular... -

Hissing sound in PT 8 LE Mac!!
We're recording a song in PT 8 LE.....and we're getting this hissing noise on one of the tracks....Even when the track isn't playing, there's that hiss noise, we can't get rid of it...any thoughts?? -
What dictates sampling?
People say "yeah I did this beat without samples" But the beat has guitar and violins in it....Now MY thing is....Did you play those instruments, or did you take those from your sound library and put them into your track? To me that's no different than taking a part of a song and using it....- Sucio

A decent drop by the duo. Both sons of great musicians finally put together a collaborative effort. I dig the album a little bit...Only problem I see with the album is that it appears as if it's a Damian Marley album featuring Nas (see OB4CL, Ironman, etc.) The production is more reggae... -

Pro Tools 8LE doesn't start up?
I just copped an mbox with PT8.....After the install I go to start it up...and it freezes up when it's loading up the Structure plug-in ALL THE TIME... Even when I try to go load up a session, same thing...any thoughts? Running Win XP Pro. I'm running the system at optimal performance at... -
