Under preferences and MIDI you need to specifically select which controller your using so Reason knows how to assign the midi to your device. You also may need to call up a pre-loaded pre-set on your controller that was made especially for reason. -

This is diffidently the case. It is no complaint. Reason users are proud as shit cause they got the best thing in producing going, and it was cheap. Definitely a brag that they can do shit that people have spent thousands on gear doing. -

REASON TIPS & TRICKS THREAD!!!
The s1 and s2 controls at the top of each channel on the redrum refer to send1 and Send2 on the mixer. That way you can apply effects to each piece of your kit. I guess routing the entire thing to its own mixer and applying sends there would do the same thing.
