really annoying thing is happening in audition
I've seen that too. With wav's as well. Are you setting the file as a loop under properties? Try setting the number of beats, transpose or not transpose, and turn lopp on, see if that works. I ran into that prob and started using soundforge exlcusively for beats because of it. -
You Produce AND Rap...??? WACK....?
Sometimes I keep the beat only for myself, and don't show it off til I've got vocals on it, but sometimes, dudes just keep pickin over the same beats and I'm like, yall are nuts, I'm takin it back, then after they hear what I'vce done to it, they're like, Damn I missed it. Too late Beeotches... -

Soundforge or Adobe Audition...
if you just want to edit waves I think Soundforge is cheaper and real good, but Audition is vastly more versatile and that may come in handy. I teach both, as well as audacity i would say my students are about 60 percent audition, 35 soundforge, and 5 audacity. Those that use soundforge prefer... -
Ever wake up at 5:00 in the morning?
I get up at 5:30 and make beats until I gotta work, my mind is sharper in the am that at late night. It might be caused by when I used to wake up at 4 each morning and bake before work at a golf course. -
Acid Users Unite

mbox or digi 002?
I use the digi 002 and I love the control surface. The automated faders are ill and the machine is still a fraction of the price of a digital studio. -
