In all honesty, you'd be better off taking the thing straight to your pc tech guy and let him do his magic. I did the same thing you're doing now...I ran the test..it didn't tell me shhh! I updated my drivers, it still crashed...When I bought this computer, it came with 8 gigs of RAM which is more than enough as previously stated... BUT I wanted to max it out anyway...it just so happened that I know how to change RAM and it cured my crash problems as well. Let the tech guy do his thing bro, and make sure he guarantees his work.
Need software better than FL Studio.

2 soundcards may have a conflict when using the same interrupt, i'd take out the card and just use the focusrite.
