i got a honey drippers record. i think they r dope as shit. anyone else got thoughts on them?

why you are up kinda late arent ya steezo? Yes that Chico record is pretty dope. The reason I copped it was because Elvin Jones (drummer for Coltrane's most famous group) was playing on it. There are some samples here and there but it is mostly good listening. That coleman hawkins should be dope. tell me how that is when you listen to it!

i just went to this thrift store and copped some tight shit, all records were $1, i got some:

1. Angela Bofill
2. This 20 heavy hits, with some ill soul

Man, tell me how that Angela Bofill sounds... at the spot I hit, they got like a SHITLOAD of her stuff. That either means she was pushing units at one point in time, or errryone bought it and it really sucked. Either way, I thought she had sexy lips. I bought like 4 LP's of her just off the strength of the DSL's...... shallow huh?


Haven't heard them yet, but lemme know what she's rockin' with.

that record was pretty cool, real discoish.....but brenton wood and linda clifford has some fucking ill ill samples on it, and the lynn collins is really tight too

2. The Beatles- Sargent Peppers Lonely Heart Club Band
3. The Beatles- White Album
4. Cheech An Chong album not sure which one got a few of em
5. Some richard pryor records
6. Steve Miller Band- The one with the horse on it
An so much more these are ones that mean a lot to me.
Cant wait till I get my new turntable!
